We are looking to recruit a Graduate Lawyer who is a Chinese (PRC) National who has completed a law degree in Australia. The successful applicant will complete our 12 month Graduate Program and qualify in Australia. The Graduate will work for a minimum of two years in the Australian business in our Perth office before transferring to one of our China offices in Shanghai or Beijing.
 
Throughout this Program, the Graduate will be integrated into the Asia Pacific business through on-going training and mentoring by a designated Partner in both Australia and China. The Graduate will also spend time on an annual basis in a China office.
 
The successful candidate must demonstrate native Mandarin and fluent English language skills, a genuine interest in the Infrastructure sector, ambition to build their legal career in China and to develop the China business.

Eligibility
 

  •  Australian Law Degree (No set minimum GPA but must have strong academic grades)
  •  Eligible to work in Australia
  •  Native Mandarin and fluent English language skills
  •  Admitted to the PRC Bar is advantageous but not essential
