In this role you will be working with a leading Partner across a range of matters including

A great career opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our Not-For-Profit team in Sydney.

  • arranging tax endorsements/concession for charities;
  • providing corporate/governance advice;
  • advising on fundraising issues;
  • dealing with internal disputes in NFPs;
  • drafting constitutions; and
  • acting on mergers etc.

This is an opportunity to provide technical expertise and advice to charities and the Not-For-Profit sector more generally.

Who We Are Looking For

You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience ideally from a National or International firm, providing advice to charities and Not-For-Profit Organisations. You will have a “can-do” attitude, a passion for the law as well as excellent client service skills. Ideally you will have a credit average academic history from a well-respected university.
