Job Description:

Enterprise CRM Solutions Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing boutique IT consultancy specializing in complex ERP (Finance and Accounting) systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and BI (Reporting and Dashboarding) solutions.

As such, we are have a growing need in our Risk and Legal team for individuals adept in managing a range of legal issues on our behalf.

Mandatory skills;

* a Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Diploma of Law

* hands-on experience with Corporate law

* hands-on experience with litigation

* hands-on experience with Lexis Nexis or equivalent

* excellent communication skills

* a current and valid practicing certificate

Nice to have;

* experience conducting due diligence

* skills in the evaluation, investigation of risks to our company, eg fraud, deception, etc

* experience dealing with Government departments

* experience with Corporate law, eg ASIC, Criminal law, eg administering criminal history checks on all new hires, WWCC (Working with Children Checks), etc.

Remuneration on offer;

* negotiable - base salary + bonus + private health insurance
