The Firm

Piccardi Legal is a boutique practice located in Wynnum.  Initially practicing in the areas of commercial and property law we have recently experienced substantial growth in our family law department.  We enjoy a friendly, supportive and co-operative team environment. The Role

The successful applicant must be client focused and passionate about family law.  You will be confident in your abilities, have strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.  You will have strong experience in both child and property matters including experience in representing clients at Court at an interim level, preparing matters for trial and instructing Counsel.  

Due to expansion we are seeking a lawyer who is able to hit the ground running.  You must be at a level where you are able to work autonomously but also as part of the team.  Ideally, the successful applicant will have 3 years PAE however candidates with extensive experience but less than 3 years PAE may be considered.

Conditions

Salary is commensurate with experience.  Both part-time and full-time applicants will be considered.  We are also happy to talk to any experienced lawyers looking at going out on their own.  Flexible work environment on offer which can incorporate working from home for the right candidate.  All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.
