An opportunity has arisen for a Construction Lawyer to join the Public Law, Litigation and Aged Care team. Roles responsibilities An opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer with 2 to 3 years post admission experience to join the Public Law, Litigation & Aged Care team working with Jos Mulcahy, Principal on construction litigation and arbitration. Jos Mulcahy has almost 30 years’ experience representing clients at all level of Government, large listed and private companies. Jos acts for clients such as Crown Limited, Commonwealth Government Department of Finance and the designers of the Melbourne Southern Star Wheel. He has also acted in relation to infrastructure water projects and rail projects. The role will involve contract advice, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution in relation to major projects.
Key Responsibilities include: Required skills and experience To be successful in this role you will have 2 to 3 years post administration experience. Experience working in general litigation is preferred. Experience working in construction litigation is desirable.
