Your Role 

We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer with 4 or more years post qualification experience to join our dedicated legal team. This is a service orientated position that is responsible for providing legal support to multiple parties across the NSW operations and globally for international development aid contracts. 

The core focus of your role will be in the areas of law involving infrastructure, construction and major projects, and include contract drafting, negotiation and review and will extend to include advice on disputes, litigation, probity, internal policies and general legal advice. 

This will be in the range of contexts that involve design and construct, design only, alliancing and pure consultancy services. You will be reporting to the Legal Counsel and within a largely flat global structure, this is a chance to define your career through working with a highly engaged multi-disciplinary group on some leading and iconic Australian and international projects. 

About You

• 4+ years post qualification experience preferably with proven work within a private practice or in-house environment
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal capability
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
• Strong achievement and delivery orientation
• Excellent communication skills as well a collaborative working style
• Dedicated experience in the professional services sector is highly desirable
