The Residential line of business are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Residential Legal team based in our Rhodes Office. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the team through the administration of property matters and general in-house practice support.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Management of records and registers
  • Liaison with external lawyers
  • Procurement and tracking of legal engagements
  • Reviewing and updating business processes
  • Precedent management and updates
  • Manage transaction documentation and finalisation
  • Assist in legal matters, close out tasks and queries
  • File management
  • Ensure accurate document execution
  • Track and manage legal costs
  • Manage key internal and external relationships

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • A relevant law qualification (or be working towards)
  • Previous administration experience in real estate or legal environments
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated legal and commercial acumen
