We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Site by us, our partners or any member or any other person or entity.

3.3 We are not responsible to you or anyone else for any direct or consequential loss suffered in connection with the use of this website. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the conduct or activities of any user and that we are not liable for such under any circumstances.

We advise that you contact the Fair Work Ombudsman for further information about your rights at work. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or misinformation presented in advertised positions.

4.2 We do not take responsibility for the content in, or currency of, any externally linked sites. The inclusion of any link within our site does not imply endorsement by Beyond Law of the linked external site, nor does it suggest any relationship with the organisation linked.
5. Copyright and Trademarks
5.1 If you wish to reproduce any of our content, you must first request our permission. If we grant permission, you must give appropriate attribution to the author, website link and date of first publication.
5.2 We have moral & registered rights in its trademarks and you shall not copy, alter, use or otherwise deal in the marks without the prior written consent of Beyond Law.

5.4 The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
5.5 If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us written information containing information of the breach. It must include a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
6.1 Access to certain areas of this website may be restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our site, or indeed the whole site, at our discretion.

7. User Generated Content
7.3 Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).
7.4 You must not submit any user content to the site that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
7.5 We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our sites, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our sites.
8. User Registration
8.1 You may be required to register your details to be able to view or apply for jobs or to access content on the Site.
8.2 After registration, you agree that we may use your registered details to contact you in regards to any relevant jobs or employers that match your registration preferences.
9.1 Beyond Law takes the security and the privacy of its users very seriously. The User agrees that the User shall not do anything to prejudice the security or privacy of our systems or the information on them.
9.2 Beyond Law shall do all things reasonable to ensure that the transmission of data occurs according to accepted industry standards. It is up to the User to ensure that any transmission standards meet the User’s operating and legal requirements.
9.3 Beyond Law shall perform backups of its entire systems in as reasonable manner at such times and intervals as is reasonable for its business purposes. We do not warrant that it is able to backup or recover specific customer data from any period of time unless so stated in writing by us.
10. Electronic Communication
10.1 We will send you notices and other correspondence to the details that you submitted to us upon registration. It is your responsibility to update your contact details as they change and ensure that your email provider does not block our communication, including spam filters and blacklists.
10.2 A consent, notice or communication under this agreement is effective if it is sent as an electronic communication unless required to be physically delivered under law.
11.1 Beyond Law provides no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, that if you are a business looking for employees that any suitable employees will be available or if you are a job-seeker seeking work that you will find any suitable employment or that a position advertised in a post is available.
11.2 Beyond Law does not act as agent for any employers, job-seekers or other users.
11.3 Beyond Law does not endorse any of the posts, information, businesses or job-seekers on its Site and recommends that prior to entering into any agreement, that you obtain your own independent advice. It is your responsibility to assess the accuracy and completeness of the material on the Site.
11.4 We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of the Site.
11.5 Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on the Site is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the Site remains available or that the material on the Site is kept up-to-date.
11.6 We are not responsible if third parties do not fulfil their obligations or if they are unable to deliver their product or service.
12.1 In the event that you have any claim or action against any other member arising from that member's use of our Site, you agree to pursue such claim or action independently of and without any demands from us, and you release us from all claims, liability and damages, arising from or in any way connected to the claim or action.
