OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer in our Property team based in our Brisbane CBD office. This is a great growth generated opportunity and ideal for anyone looking to take the next step in their career in property law.

• You will be joining a high performing team that offers a comprehensive range of property legal services for developers (listed and private companies) investors, owners, landlords and property fund managers. In this role you will be involved in
• Property acquisitions and disposals
• Small and large scale property development
• Conveyancing – commercial & residential
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Property joint ventures and development agreements

ABOUT YOU

You will be a lawyer with at least a year post admission experience.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in acting for Developers. You will ideally have some Property experience.

You are ambitious and proactive with fantastic communication skills and a passion for excellent client service. Naturally, you align with our values Talk straight, play as a team and better each day.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
